How SalesNTech handles information in Kampass — including exactly what we do, and do not, do with Google account data.

This policy explains how SalesNTech ("we", "us") handles information in Kampass ("the app"). If you have questions, contact us at sunilvali@salesntech.com.
Who we are and what Kampass does
Kampass is a business-to-business sales tool. It helps sales teams research the companies they sell to, decide who to contact, and draft outreach messages. Kampass is used by businesses; it is not a consumer service.
Information we handle
- Account information — your name, work email address and organisation, used to sign you in.
- Business contact information you provide or import — names, job titles and work email addresses of people at the companies you sell to.
- Content you create in the app — notes, drafts, and records of your sales activity.
- Information from services you connect — described below.
Google user data — what we access and why
If you choose to connect your Google account, Kampass requests one permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send— permission to send email on your behalf.
What we do with it. When you review a draft in Kampass and choose to send it, we send that message through your Gmail account, so that it comes from you and appears in your Sent folder as a normal message.
What we do NOT do. We do not request or hold permission to read your mailbox. We cannot open, search, or scan your email. We do not read your inbox, your Sent folder, or any message we did not send at your instruction. We never send email automatically — a person reviews and sends every message.
What we store. For each message you send through Kampass, we keep the message we sent, who it was sent to, the time it was sent, and its message identifier, so that the message appears on that contact's timeline in your workspace. We do not store your Google password. Your authorisation credentials are held encrypted and are used only to send messages you have chosen to send.
How long we keep it. For as long as your organisation's account is active, or until your organisation deletes it.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect your Google account at any time in Kampass Settings, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once revoked, Kampass can no longer send on your behalf.
Limited Use
Kampass's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models.
Kampass uses AI to draft messages and summarise public company information. It does not use data received from Google APIs for that or any other model purpose — the only Google permission Kampass holds sends messages out, and no mailbox content is ever read in.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We do not sell or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers. We do not use it for advertising of any kind, including personalised, interest-based or retargeted advertising. We do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
We share it only with the service providers who help us run Kampass — hosting, database, authentication and email delivery — and only as far as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Security
Access to your data is restricted to your own organisation. Credentials for connected services are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting sunilvali@salesntech.com. If your organisation administers your Kampass account, we may direct your request to them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
